The two cents ($.02) per hour wage deduction for the Joint Workforce Investment Training Program is also tax deductible.  To calculate Union Dues paid for tax purposes, take the Union Dues Year To Date Total (above) and add the ATU Local 265 Train Total (as it appears on your final paycheck stub).

Any newly hired member enrolled in any month may also add the monthly installments paid towards the $150 Initiation Fee.  It is important to take into account any exception to the above information, especially if you were in arrears at any time, in case you are audited.  For those members who contribute to the Membership Assistance Fund (MAF), please keep in mind that your Cumulative Totals will be higher than those shown above.  Also, if you were out for more than thirty (30) days, for Industrial Injury, Sickness, Maternity or Military Leave, you only paid ½ of the Union Dues and the General Fund Assessment that month ($42.21 from January to July and $42.26 from August to December).  Also note: Ûper the Local and ATU International, Regular Dues were increased in 2009 as follows: January 2009, two dollars and thirty cents ($2.30) and August 2009, ten cents ($.10).
