It has recently come to the Union’s attention that a survey was recently attempted regarding the evaluation of Light Rail Operators. The Union did not authorize this survey.
All Union-authorized surveys are conducted on Union Letterhead, usually prefaced with postings announcing the purpose and commencement of membership survey activities.
